I am a chemist currently conducting biochemistry research with the Emerson group since Spring 2021. The reason why I chose chemistry is because I enjoy learning and understanding the complexities of life at a molecular level. I currently serve as one of the Outreach Coordinators of our SMACS chapter. My favorite part of SMACS is being a part of such a postive, influential group. This team aspect makes MSU feel like family.
