Making a smokestack with dry ice

The Mississippi State University chapter of the Society of Hispanic Engineers hosted Día de Ciencias at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Starkville, MS to advocate the teaching of STEM to primary school children. The students would walk around the room to different booths to learn about distinct STEM field (physics, chemistry, civil engineering, etc.). Our booth consisted of performing simple chemical reactions, such as CO2 in water, for the students. We also handed out ACS education booklets and stickers!
