Officers Meeting - Sep 21

We will be having an officers meeting on Monday, Sep 21 at 5 PM. The meeting will be face-to-face in Hand 2231 but will also be virtual and held over WebEx for those wanting to join remotely

Agenda

NCW Videos

• Laugh Wall
  • Background painted blue with gold border
  • 3 doors with three different designs (flammable cabinet, benzene ring, lab double doors)
  • Rest will be random, whimsical chemistry designs (molecules, lab equipment, etc.)
  • Paint on Tuesday or wait until the weekend?
  • What vinyls do we need and what size?
• Skits
  • Filmed 11 or 12 (probably between 10 and 15 minutes)
  • Sign-up list for members again
  • Schrodinger’s cat, elephant’s toothpaste, rejection letter, failed demo scenes (need someone with good announcer voice)
  • Need more ideas so we can maximize the number of skits we put in the video.
• Need more member involvement. Any ideas for how to make this happen?
• We need to be more efficient with our weeks. There are only FOUR WEEKS until NCW!
